I have using NO Xplode for about a month and a half and it hits me at different times. I'll take it on an empty stomach, as it suggest, and sometimes it kicks in right away and sometimes it takes a while. Example, today is my day off, and I took a scoop then ate something 30 minutes later. one hour after I ate, I was ready to run some miles and lift some weights. I can't seem to time it right, but when it does, it kicks butt. When do you take it on the days you lift? How do you take it? Thanks.
