20 years old...5'10"...210 or lil bit more....Filipino/German
Flat Bench (Max) 315
Leg pressing 540
Rep 4 plates each side on seated row
Shrugging 110 each hand
Squat 285
Max Skull Crush 1 45 plate each side
Alternate Dumbbell Curl 55 pounds each hand
Note: I know i got weak ass legs, but im working on it. I ALSO DONT DO CARDIO I HATE IT!
Routine:
Mon-Chest (4 exercises of 4 sets each exercise, 6-12 reps)
Tues-Back (5 exercises, 8-12 reps)
Wed-Shoulders (5 exercises 6-12 reps)
Thurs-Bicep and Triceps (4 exercises for bi's, same for tris)
Fri-Legs (6 exercises 6-12 reps)
Supplements:
Isopure low carb protein (2 scoops twice a day) , V12 Creatine (one scoop a day), Animal Pak (1 pak a day)
***MY squat sucks so much, i even bench more than i squat, pothetic huh!!!?!! how do i get a better squat***
