5 months of working out

I had shoulder surgery and I was able to start lifting weights on 11/28/06. I know I still have a ways to go but I am glad that even though I had surgery and was in a sling for many weeks, I got back in the gym to get back in shape.

You have a pretty low bf%which is good,Not a whole lot of mass,But your not totally skinny either,You really need to work on your legs,Good job on getting back into the gym,u look like you have a very low bf%so thats a good base to start with for a slow clean bulk.

Thanks for the reply, any suggestions on how I should go about a clean bulk? I have tried bulking up far as taking in a lot of calories(5,000) but I wasn't able to put on mass. Also for my leg's what would be a good routine for them? At the moment I do 5 sets of back squats on monday where i start at 135lb then pyramid up then on my 5th set I drop back down to 135lb and do full squats for as many reps as I can. Then either on wednesday or saturday I do front squats where I pyramid up then back down. Should I do machines after squats to further burn them out or just do more sets of squats?
