Hey so i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this..
Basically, for a while now on my right side i have been extremely tight in the rhomboid, rotator cuff, liower trap area.. causing my right shoulder to pull back. because of my shoulder pulling back so much the right side of my back is very well developed but my front is weak. i get little to no pump in my front delt or trap during bench or pushing movements while my left front delt and peck and trap endure most of the load.
so i have been focusing on stretching out the right side of my back and trying to target my front delt instead. last night about an hour after my workout i felt a weird pain in my rotator area (where the teres major and minor meet at the armpit) and it goes down my inner arm (more so tricep than bicep area) and my hand, ring finger and pinky finger get tingling sensations. Its kind of a deep throbbing and tingly pain but hurts pretty badly. I also woke up with more shoulder mobility and my body feels a bit more even.. i feel like i still have strength back there but something just doesnt feel right.
so i dont know if i strained or pulled something back there or if this is because my back is finally lengthening out and my trap isnt used to supporting my scapula- because before, my shoulder would just sit back and rest against my rhomboid/mid and lower trap area.
