Cutting - Diet
Hey, I was wondering if any of the fat-loss gurus could give me some advice.
I've been on a TCD for some time now, however I've lost a bit of fat but i've been plateaued. Now my TCD isn't perfect(I have to eat off a college dining hall) However I should be hitting near the macro nutrients needed to cut.
I have a cheat meal every sunday(Perhaps that could be hit)
I also haven't been doing cardio.
My Diet usually consists of 3-4 meals a day.(I only have so many meal i'm able to eat a semester.)
Breakfast: Omelette w/ Ham and Cheese / Bacon
Lunch: Roast beef or turkey + 2 slices of provolone + 2 hamburger patties
Dinner: Same as lunch.
(sometimes i'll get lucky and they'll have fish or grilled chicken once in a blue moon, but this is all I can rely on.)
Workout days add in fastcarb after workout + protein powder afterwards.
Sometimes I'll get a pack of nuts before bed.
Do you think my diet is the problem, It's the best I could come up with on the dining hall food.
