    Question How bad is pizza?

    i was just wondering i binged today and ate two slices of pizza. im trying to cut down too, but if i eat right rest of the day it would be fine right? just asking for comments. Also if anyone knows the Average nutritional info of a slice of pizza. Thx

    its not that abd but it depends where form homemade is ok for you

    Pizza is fairly bad... Full of simple carbs and saturated fats from cold cuts and cheese and whatnot. It's not that terrible to cheat with it every once and a while, but it's detrimental if you want to cut. Don't worry about it for today, just go back on your regular diet as if nothing had happened... Just think about it in the future for when you're doing your cardio and remember how hard it is to burn 300 cals, when a single slice of pizza probably has more than that.

    For breakfast, I ate a sausage biscuit with egg and a hashbrown from McD's, then I ate a Famous star and fries at Carls for lunch. I'm still alive. I don't condone eating like this on a constant basis, but every once in a while, enjoy yourself. It won't kill you. If you feel too guilty, run on the tread mill for an hour, but don't beat yourself up over it.

    Is diet cola bad for you while bulking? I looked at the nutritional info on the label and it has like 0.8 Calories and no fats or sugars in it, Cola is going to be the hardest for me to give up, so I was just wondering...

    Caffeine is not a good thing to have all around... It's a big appetite inhibitor, so unless you're immune to appetite (eat with or without), then I'd say go for it... It really won't do that much harm.

    if you must eat it take a paper towel and blot off the excess oil. I do this even when i'm not cutting because i think the extra oil is gross.

    most slices of pizza are 300-700 calories per slice depending on how big the slices are so i would just eat really clean for the rest of the day. if your cutting maybe some salads with chicken?
