I've heard good things about phenibut which helps your mind relax.
Maybe NEB will chime in on his experiences with it.

Melatonin is another good one.

You can get 100 tabs of benadryl for about $10 or slightly less if you buy in bulk. That's without a military discount.

ON's brand of ZMA does it for me....maybe wake up once a night. Be ready for some strange and colorful dreams though....Zombies and piranha fish (made from jalapeno peppers) chasing me......best friend turns into a giant blue spider and tries to kill me.......that sort of thing.

Definitely for that zombie comatose sleep phenibut, by it can only be taken 2-3 times a week, for daily use Id recommend melatonin, and another good all in one sleep aid is resurrect pm.

Aside from that I use 3z + blue growth, has me in a deep sleep.

Iron dream knocks me out.

I've been using sleep/gh by prime nutrition, it doesn't put me to sleep as there's no melatonin, but helps get in quality sleep. Wake up refreshed everyday

Im still not sure what your comment means. Whether using it solely as a sleep aid or as an antihistamine, benadryl is still the better choice over zzzquil


No one said anything about nyquil, Im assuming you dont know that zzzquil is a completely different product
