I'm looking into going back to ZMA and other basics(Tribulus, Creatine, Multi) but I'm havin trouble picking a good ZMA product. I hear Z-Mass-PM by Cytodyne is a good product but what are most people buying these days?

I use Beverly's ZMA. By far the best IMO. But then again some people say it's a waste of cash.
zinc, magnesium aspartate, and vitamin B-6
Almost every other ZMA product contains:
zinc, magnesium aspartate, and vitamin B-6
You are paying for the name. Any cheap ZMA will do. I think ON has the best deal.

z-force is good
http://bodybuilding.com/store/dym/force.html
has ZMA plus tribulus, which is another natural testosterone booster.
$10 is as cheap as it comes for a months supply of a supplement that works!

it's said that after you work out or zinc and magnesium levels are surprising low, normally, and that by supplementing them you can keep your testosterone levels high, not raise above the usual, but at the peak level your produce will produce naturally, also i've heard that the sleep on ZMA is awesome and you feel a lot more refreshed afterward, i have it myself, just waiting to start taking it
