    Box lacrosse training

Just curious as to whether we have any box or field lacrosse players out there and what they do for their training. Please say which you play too cause it makes a big difference. Ill post my training later.
Lacrosse, women, beer! What? It doesnt involve any of those.............. I dont wanna hear about it!

I play both field and box lax, I think that the most important things are stick skills on offense, foot work on D and running (both speed and endurance) for both. Being strong helps but is not the most important thing.
