What will the pros look like in 20 years?

This is for everybody. As long as Coleman competes, he will be huge and win. However, with Cormier and Dexter doing well recently, it looks like symmetry might become more important than size.

So, in 20 years how much do you think the average pro will weigh, and will symmetry be more important than size (or just say where you think bodybuilding is going in general)?

    Good question....

I see the next generation as being slightly heavier than the pro's of today, probably more detailed though with whatever advancements technology has to offer in the future...

I say "slightly" because as in most sports...records and big leaps seem to only come every once in a while, then seems to flatline out for a long period.

    ave weight / pro 1970's.....179-209
    ave weight/ pro 1980's.....189-239
    ave weight/ pro 1990's....209-259
    ave weight/ pro 2000-..... 229-300

these are best estimates, of course...there were EXCEPTIONS obviously, but I believe MOST of the guys fell somewhere in the middle of these ranges....

Could be a heck of a lot bigger than today if that myostatin genetic engineering thing ever gets off the ground and takes off.
