hi, can i eat (drink with water) raw rice?
is it healthy? i am asking that because rice and pasta lose a lot of carbs during cooking so drinking them raw will maintain the amout i need..
by the way if the pasta or the rice label says 75gr of carbs per 100gr ,how much will it be after cooking?

why would they post the nutritional value of RAW..if it was diff from cooked?? who eats raw rice...besides rats and I guess now you?,,,,,,WTF...its the same .....why do people try and come up with wack ideas like this...like a few grams is going to make a big diff either way?
100cals of rice goes into pot along with water, sucks up water, and if you don't burn it or have some sorta pasty type rice(sticky rice, blah) you will have 100 cals come out of the pot.
100+0-0=100
I've never tried eatin raw rice but the first thing that came to mind when reading your post is "danm what will it feel like on the way out"
if i were you, i would just cook up a big batch of rice to last you a week
i think its alot easier to measure cooked rice too, cos there is more of it!
