I had beef liver for dinner tonight - probably about 7 ounces in total.
Is beef liver good a good bodybuilding food?

In10city is right . . .
In moderation it's good stuff -- I eat it about once a week b/c I've always loved liver & onions, even as a kid, 99% of kids hate it, go figure LOL
My personal preference is chicken livers, but beef liver is cool too . . .
According 2 FitDay.com, 1 oz cooked beef liver has:
Macronutrients: 60 cal, 2g fat, 2g carbs, 7g protein, 0g fiber
Micronutrients: 134 mg cholesterol, 120 mg sodium, 191 mg phosphorous, 128 mg potassium, 2946 mcg Vitamin A, 31 mcg Vitamin B-12.
