    I think his waiste is getting smaller....at least it looks that way in the pics I have seen. It always amazes me how Ruhl manages to look like he has a good V taper in pics, his shoulders are so wide that unless someone is standing next to him you would never guess he has a GH gut.

    I'd say it's a genetic blessing. A 38 inch waist looks ok when you've got a 55 inch shoulder span. Plus his huge lats make him look V'd out.

    can you explain this? i watched the show, i understand ruhl could have been harder, especially in the lower back, but what do you mean he was lucky to get fifth.

    imho, titus was lucky to get sixth, on tv, it appears mustafa got the most screwed award. that guy looked awesome.

    I was there and in my opinion Jay should have won neither the MM or the Overall. Personally, I would have liked to see Dexter win, but, I had it either way between Chris(who looked great) and Dexter.
