    workout plan

in september i weighed about 130 lbs and now im at 152 (march) and have not started supplementing yet. (5'8")

i have been doing full body workouts only a couple times a week but recently i havnt worked certain body parts to the extent i would like to and feel i am short on time and have hit a plateau.

should i switch my workout to a body part a day so i can isolate the muscles more and save myself time? becuase of this would it help my gains? i am new to bodybuilding sorry for the dumb questions, thanks.

not dumb at all since you hit a plateu. Many bbers hit this a lot and don't know what to do. The key is to keep good nutrition and sleeping habits and shockthe muscles. do something you wouldn't normally do change an exercise, or change a workout day for instance monday is chest/tri's switch it with friday which is back/bi's. Just mix your workout around, use heavier weights, max out, go light, do whatever it takes just nothing foolish that could get you hurt.
