I bought a Muscle Milk today and it had 7 grams saturated fat. Below the nutrition facts it said this:
80% of saturated fats are in the form of medium chain triglycerides(MCT's). MCT's are typically burned as energy and show little or no propensity for storage as body fat or as a contributor to arteriosclerosis.
I thought Sat. Fats were bad. In fact, I was always told if its more than 3.5 grams Sat. Fat, its not worth eating. This sounds like there no as bad as their rep.

Some sat fat is needed by the body (hormone production, etc)
But like anything (except sex) too much is not good for youYou gotta love how sports will f*ck with ya, make you believe you can come back from an insurmountable deficit and then get kicked right in the nuts when you're almost there - Bluntdogg
