e-mail me at BDN49er@yahoo.com, I have about 30 great workouts for the abs, and they work well for me. Didn't take me too long to get a six-pak with these, however it will take some time im sure you understand. Be sure to e-mail me for the workouts.

95% of having abs is diet....if your bodyfat isnt below 8-10% you arent gonna have abs period....and i dont think you have to focus on your ab workout too much and get all complicated with it...just do 2-3 exercises with about 4 sets and 20-30 reps each my ab routine looks liek this

    crunch-4x25
    reverse crunch-3x20
    v-sit-3x20
    broom twists-3x50

you only need to work abs once or twice a week to get them bigger and defined...you can work them all day but they wont be any better than if you did em once a week so thats what i suggest...treat them like every other bodypart and hit em hard once a week.....but most important is DIET...without a VERY clean diet you wont get abs eat 6-7 times a day and eat 10-12x your bodyweight in calories split up into a 40/30/30 diet ro you can do keto as i am right now also do moderate intensity cardio for 30-40 min 3-5 times a week....if your bodyfat is below 15% your should have noticable abs within 6-8 weeks and really good abs in 12 weeks if you keep your diet clean

low bodyfat is the only thing which creates a 6 pack, nothing else. Unless you're COMPLETELY OUT OF SHAPE, you will have a RIPPED 6 pack with a low bodyfat. It does not take much muscle in the abs to have a ripped 6 pack, just have a tight fit ab area, and pretty much everyone on this board has that. So you want those abs to show? Lower your bodyfat.

Also, DamnJeff, leg raises DO NOT work your abs. Leg raises are a HIP FLEXOR exercise, your abs are only used as a stabilizer in that exercise.
To actually work your abs you have to CRUNCH your torso together(from the legs and from the upper body for full range of motion).

You need a good solid training routine for your abdominals coupled with a clean diet. As far as training is concerned, there are no magic routines or exercises that will give you a six pack. Use a variety of abdominal exercises to develope the muscles and make them grow. Crunches, side crunches, reverse crunches or whatever you like. Put together a solid routine. Here's a tip, superset your ab exercises and don't overdo it thinking that more is better because it's not. One of the biggest misconceptions about ab training is that the more sets and reps you do, the better the results. Results vary from person to person. For diet, you don't have to do anything drastic. You're not entering a bodybuilding competition here so don't diet like it. Gradually decrease your caloric intake and weed out the junk food and other fatty foods. Keep carbs moderate, no need to deplete yourself of energy and as always keep your protein intake high. Incorporate a couple of cardio sessions each week. Up your water intake too. Flush out your system really good every day.
I feel sorry for all those liars out there.

Diet and Cardio. Lowering your Body Fat % will help you get your abs visible. Also train your abs too but don't overtrain them.
