    Serious Growth Training

Anybody ever heard of Serious Growth Training. It's a book by Leo Costa, Jr.. I guess he got these techniques from Bulgaria.

yeah I've heard of it, I got the books years ago, I mean we're talking at least 7 years.

The information and routines in them are maybes a little dated now that we know a lot more now but certainly a few odds and ends could provide useful.

I can't remember very well how the exercises went but it was something like train every bodypart every day (4 sets max), sounds like minimal muscle gain and possible overtraining.
