Like taking whey protein and mixing it with like a scoop of creatine or cell-tech or what have you and if you have is it any good i mean i have never done it because i didnt know if it was ok to do or what so any comments?

i asked the same question a while bk and was told it was fine to do this i mixed my creatine in with my protein shake and it was fine just a little gritty

no offense to cell tech users but cell tech is ****, so is nitro tech. optimum nutrition is better or the best is ast VP2
