hey i was wondering how boxers can weigh in at x amount of weight..and then the next day for the fight weigh 10 pounds more... what do they eat and how do they do this?? anyone know?? any input is greatly appreciated thanks

water weight, scales reading different..

2 days of eating like a queen I'll gain 8lbs no problem. Probably only 3lbs of food weight, 5lbs of water weight. Its a high carbohydrate load + drinking lots of water. Always gets me hella stronger that week lifting wise though
