I am not a morning person but I am always sore no matter what in the morning and I always feel like trash. Mainly my back is sore. It happens a lot even when im not working out. It is bearable but annoying. Ive been lifting pretty steadily the past 3/4 of a year but i am taking this one off to concentrate on exams and I am very sore still every morning.
