    Post Why am I always sore n feel like crap in morning

    I am not a morning person but I am always sore no matter what in the morning and I always feel like trash. Mainly my back is sore. It happens a lot even when im not working out. It is bearable but annoying. Ive been lifting pretty steadily the past 3/4 of a year but i am taking this one off to concentrate on exams and I am very sore still every morning.

    bed sores are what you get if you stay in a hospital bed too long, they are actual open sores or wounds from friction lol

    eat more protein and get some glutamine in you. and try not to over sleep. (+8-9 hours)

    Make sure you get a decent amount of sleep and that your eating enough.

    Are you still making gains?

    If you are then just make minor adjustments, if your not thinking about taking a bit of time off.
