You see I dont rate the big guy, cant say in my eyes he's a bodybuilder, I feel he's become like Gregg just all over the body not just his arms.

How can you compare ruhl to Gregg Valentino....Ruhl knows hard work and dedication, he has awesome genetics...
All valentino knows is how to inject synthol in the head of each bicep...Beter yet, ask gregg your self i think he has been lurking the forums.

Ruhl might not have the prettiest physique in bodybuilding, but comparing him to Valentino doesn't even make sence. Some of the crap people on here pull out of their a$$ is amazing. Anyways, I can't wait for the DVD. Ruhl is the man.

valentino's arms must be 50% or more of just synthol, you can tell by just looking, but The Learning Channel said it was steroids :duhr: (i mean i know he takes steroids but that didnt give him 27 inch arms

Smh at this. How can you say Ruhl is not a bodybuilder? You might as well say Arnie wasn't a bodybuilder because he doesn't look like he did in the 1970's.
Everyone has their time, whether it's bodybuilding or actual life. Is a regular 80 year old man as mobile as he was when he was 20?
Point is, everybody changes, and at one point Ruhl was a serious contender for a lot of the top titles. Infact, his Olympia placing of 8th last year didn't go down too well in a lot of people's eyes.
Your post was disrespectful. Comparing Ruhl to somebody like Gregg Valentino is just absurd.

Yeh but a bodybuilder at heart knows when enough is enough, like arnie said a bodybuilder has the same eye as a sculpter has, knows when he's in proportion with everything, i feel ruhl has taken it too far simple as, not saying in the past he wasnt great, but now i dont rate him anything more than someone who has got carried away.

Obviously it works for him bro.
At least he is mature enough to do what works best for him and not to just show off in the gym.

Get rid of this Hater!
First of all: FU*k You for compareing him to Valentino you Jack-ass!!!!!
Valentino as we all know is just a SYNTHOL A**hole not in anyway a bodybuilder. He gets Huge (deformed) by shooting it in his bi's and tri's not by working out properly.
Second: you cannot take it to far. When Arnold was in his prime; other losers , much like yourself claimed he was taking it to far. Ruhl is just takeing it to his limit. It is one thing to say you prefer Fank Zane type bodybuilders but to put down a BB that doesn't agree is FU*KED UP!

maybe in his offseason...but even then he's got massive amounts of muscle on his frame, not just pure bloated gut with tiny limbs.

Are you kidding? Nope you really did put your foot in your mouth with that one. Sorry but I have to really think VERY VERY few people could or would put those two people in that train of thought. One is a die hard body builder IE improving his body to its best. The other is a synthol junkie who runs his mouth way to much & is always looking for the easy way.
Sorry man but your way off base with that one.

LOL ok heres one thing that points out that I REALLY REALLY doubt markus uses much synthol. Ok we all know markus triceps lag BIG TIME and that what holds him back alot. Now hmm If I personally was shooting alot of synthol and had lagging triceps wouldnt it cross his mind to shoot triceps and bring them up to par? But he doesnt and obviously he admits his triceps is a big weak part he has in videos before. So if he really used that much synthol dont you think he would of brought them up to par with synthol? But he doesnt he works hard and trying to devolping his phyisque without oil bag arms/body.
