How to get pumped before workout???

Lately I've been feeling a little off on my workouts. I don't want to go workout and I have no energy throughout the day. I'm looking for a supp or a remedy to take before my workout so I can actually be focused mentaly and want to workout. Any help is appreciated.

Man you must have a pretty easy going job then. By the end of a work day I pissed as hell and ready to tear up the gym.

some might say not having energy, and not wanting to workout could be a sign of overtraining.

    situations vary though

I say overtraining may be the key here as well.

If it's been a few months since your last complete break from the gym, take a week off. Or at the very least, take a few days off in a row to let your body and mind recharge.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I personally don't think I'm overtraining. But I could be. I try to limit myself to about an hour to 1 1/2 hours a day in the gym. I actually get made fun of because I leave early. And the guys who make fun of me stay for 3-4 hours a day . But I always tell them they should set up a cot in the back because they practically live there.

The last time I took a break from the gym was around Christmas. I haven't worked out this whole week and am just gonna start back on Monday. I think trying to balance school, my job, and a g/f is getting to me. But it'll all work itself out hopefully.

    Try this tips:

    * Make sure you have enough sleep (at least 8 hours per night uninterrupted).

    * Set short term goals and long term goals. For example, my short term goals, I wanna travel to Palm Springs, CA in June, about 3 months to go, by that time I want my pecs more pumped and my abs look better. When you feel like don't wanna go to gym, just remember to achieve your goals.

    * Good nutritions. Eat well and healthy. High protein, low fat/carbs.

    * If possible, try to have a gym buddy.

    * Compliment your self. Buy yourself some new gym short/muscle t-shirt or a pair of gym shoes. You'll be happy to wear something new to the gym and looking good.

    * When I feel lazy to go to gym, I just drive there and most of the time the feeling change as soon as I'm at the gym and see lots of guys working out.

    Good luck! =)

cex and or bodyoctane worked for me. Focus increased out of sight, got really hot and sweated more while working out, just felt like I had energy to burn. Excellent pumps not to mention strength went up in all areas.
