Is this normal, so monday when i was doing madcow 5x5, last set i was doing Bench for 3 reps. After i hit the 3 i received a horrible headache but it ends up going away towards the end of the workout.

Today i did Squats / Bench and recieved the headache again. Especially on squats after i took the bar off the traps it just got really bad then went away after a few minutes...

Any suggestions? My parents know someone that deals with sports injuries and the brain and crap... They are going to let them take a look at me.
