Thoughts about a recipe sticky?
I think it would be handy to have a recipe sticky. What are your thoughts on the subject?

Please post how to make flax seed muffins. And then find someone who lives near Thousand Oaks to make them for me. I'll pay, ha.
But seriously here, flaxseed muffins sound awesome.

They were so easy. I don't think it took me 20 minutes to make them.
1/2 cup Splenda (or other low carb sugar substitute
1/2 stick butter (regular salted butter), melted
1/2 cup ground flax seeds or flax meal
3/4 cup Atkins vanilla shake mix or Keto vanilla shake mix (I used zero carb whey protein isolate)
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tb. vegetable oil
3 tsp fiber (or more)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix wet ingredients in bowl. Beat very well.
Mix dry ingredients in second bowl.
Mix wet ingredients into dry. Stir until very smooth.
Spray 6 cup muffin tin (I use the foil throw-away kind) with cooking spray and spoon in batter.
Bake 15 or 20 min., until knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Makes 6 muffins. Each muffin has 5.5 grams carb (the original recipe said 5.5g carbs/muffin but I think it is less due to the flax meal and fiber).

you did the right thing. just be patient, they get 100s of PMs a day.
I think the sticky should be divided into categories like: appetizers, entrees, desserts, etc.

Ya, so we can have a recipe sub-forum, and then within that, we can have stickies for desserts, entrees, etc.
