    How much whey protein do u go thru a month?

    I was wondering how much whey protein that people go thru a month. This month I have noticed I go thru a lot more than I thought. I actually calculated the average out too.

    Back when my eating schedule was screwy due to work I would go through about 10lbs in a month, but that got old fast. Nowadays I'm going through about 6-7lbs a month.

    I try to get in 450g of protein daily, and with working odd hours, it's hard to do it w/o the whey.
    Less than 11% bodyfat, and STILL no overly shown abs.

    Why is it crazy? If he is training hard, he could take up to 2 grams per pound of bodyweight. Drink lots of water though..

    Right now I'm training on the DoggCrap method, which really seems to work the best, out of everything I've tried.

    1.8g per lb isnt too much IMO, some bodybuilders take in twice what I do.
    Less than 11% bodyfat, and STILL no overly shown abs.

    i take 4-6 scoops of ON whey a day. 6 on training days and 4 on rest days. 2 scoops with every shake.....its about 48g of protein per shake.

    In other news, i myself weigh 185 right now so i shoot for 200g protein daily which is about 30-35G per "meal" @ 6 meals per day.

    If i were to do 1.89 like Face up there, that would require that i take in 350G daily, which is nearly 60G protein per "meal" @ 6 meals per day. There's no way my body can absorb 60G every 3-4 hours...is there ? haha

    In other news, i myself weigh 185 right now so i shoot for 200g protein daily which is about 30-35G per "meal" @ 6 meals per day.

    If i were to do 1.89 like Face up there, that would require that i take in 350G daily, which is nearly 60G protein per "meal" @ 6 meals per day. There's no way my body can absorb 60G every 3-4 hours...is there ? haha
    it most likely can, especially with use of digestive enzymes.... i intake about 300-350 grams of protein a day and weigh 185 as well.
