should probably stop once you start getiing sharp pains in your gut
"High-intensity training is going all-out, not almost all out. It is taking one set to one's absolute limit, not almost to the limit. It is using whatever equipment that is available, not just a machine or group of machines. It is not the words of two or three men, but a commitment to work as hard as possible while in the gym without socializing, resting excessively between sets, or falling prey to the 'this isn't going to work so I'll copy the star' attitude". - Dr Ken Leistner

my stats
im 21, 6'3", 170 lbs and im currently trying to lose some body fat. im guessing im about 18%...but im tottally unsure. i guess ill have to send in a picture of me soon so you guys could guess.
i've just modified my diet to 12 times my body weight. 2040 with a 40-40-20 split and ill post some pictures of it right away.
is 2040 still not enough calories in a day? like i heard that when your cutting your caloric intake should be 10-12 times your bodyweight, but i'm also hearing that it should be 500 calories less than your maintenance calories(which is 3000 for me)Last edited by dweeres; 03-03-2004 at 09:19 AM.

start @ 2000, if you are doing cardio you should be fine. If you can't loose, slowly lower it.
