How many calories should I be consuming on a daily basis if my goal is to lose fat and maintain muscle? I am 5'11" and weigh 188 pounds, and would like to lose around 10 lbs.
I lift weights 4-5 x per week and do cardio 3-4 x per week. I am currently consuming around 1700-1800 calories per day and about 170-180 grams of protein.
