It seems like chicken has become alot more expensive where I live, Its rediculus. Its hard to maintain the same high protien diet week after week, 6 meals of about 50 grams of protien daily.
The country wants you to get fat, fat=cheap, healthy food = expensive

I go to sams club and I get 20lb of boneless skinless chicken breast for a little over $20. I'm a member through work so I dont have to pay a monthly fee... its the ****.

Hey,
Having recently moved from Florida, I can defeintly say chicken in NYC is far more expensive, along with everything else. It is generally like 3.50-4 dollrs a pound, and I havent found it for less than 2 dollars a pound even on sale. It is so expensive to eat well here :P

there's a big difference between just plain chicken breast and boneless skinless - i can get chicken for about 1.99 but the boneless/skinless goes for 5.99

Thats what I get, boneless, skinless for $6.99, and I checked it is a 3lb bag, not 4lb.
