Hey what do you guys think of this 2- day split
DAY 1
1. Flat Bench- 5 sets-12, 10, 8, 6, 12
2. Tricep Pull Downs 3 X 10
3. Pec Deck 4 - 10, 8, 6, 6
4. Leg Ext 3X10
5. Hamstring Curl 3X10
6. Hack Squat 3X10
7. Calf Raise 3X10
8. AB Leg Raises/Knee Raises Alternating 1X25
9. Incline Sit Ups 1X25
10. Crunches 2X25
DAY 2
1. BB Incline Press 5 Sets- 12, 10, 8, 6, 10
2. T-Bar Rows 3X10
3. DB Incline Press 4X10
4. Shoulder Raises-Machine 3X10
5. Lat Pull-Downs 3X10
6. EZ Bar Bicep Curls 3X10
7. ABS SAME AS DAY 1
