Well, title says it all. i'm just tryin to get a general consensus
for me, probably 1-3 pnds, give or take. really depends on how i eat and such. water intake too.
how bout you guys?

Other than weighing myself before and after workouts to see how much fluid I've lost, weigh-ins at random times during the day don't mean anything as they are greatly influenced by food weight, fluid consumption, and when you urinated and defecated last as well as their constituent volume/weight
I've seen it vary 6-8 pounds before - from first thing in the morning to right before bed.It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

Around 1-8 pounds, with all the supps I'm on and all the vitamens and minerals, also I can't eat the same things every day all the time as I am full-time college student, so sometimes I eat a little more than I normally would and sometimes a little less.
Also I drink about 2 gallons of water a day, minus my protein shakes, so it is hard to determine how much water weight I am carrying on me also, because I also take creatine.
