Glutamine and HIIT
I've done searches and can't find a solid answer.
If I'm going to be taking glutamine during my diet, is it recommended to take it before my cardio? or after? and with food or without?

Save your money on glutamine. If you want a good supp that has glutamine in it get some Xtend. It's a BCAA product.
