How much creatine while cutting

I'm going to start dieting soon and I will be taking creatine.

I was wondering what is a good amount to take while dieting, just 5grams or should I go with the container(10).

If I were bulking I'd go with ten but wasn't sure about when dieting.

doing the same thing, im going to load for 5-6 days with 10 then go down to 2 tea spoons, (6 grams)

When do you take it?

I was going to take half preworkout and half postworkout if I were taking 10, But I think I'm only going to take 5grams postworkout

No I don't need Glutamine, I'm just starting to train, I don't have a great amount of muscle to protect.

I'm just trying to get rid of the fat at this moment

after loading, taking 5 grams would be fine. if you wnat, you can alwayts split the dosage and take 2 and a falf b4 and after.

yes but it wont be nearly as useful as on a cut and its pretty expensive
but if u got the cash u could
