I've been a VERY clean eater for 2 years now, before that I used to eat bacon and chips for lunch. I know my body well enough to know I will not gain any unwanted fat no matter what I eat....
So here's the question, If I keep eating clean BUT add **** loads of junk food and still hit the weights hard..... what do you guys think?
(obviously I;m not going to do this forever, maybe for 10 pounds)
BTW my BF is extremely low, 4.2 last time I calippered.

I went from 95 lbs to 280 RIPPED in 5 weeks eating ONLY eggs, so don't talk to me about hard gainers! (PS: I can deadlift 3 cars and a bus AND I can squat Roseanne)

If what you say is true, I'd say try to gain mass in any way, shape, or form you can... keep eating until you see some gains. If it's muscle, keep doing it. If it's fat, then maybe eat a little bit cleaner. 4.2 is seriously low....
not big yet... but im gonna get there

When I was really young, like 14, I ate bacon and chips and pepsi for 2 weeks straight and I actually lost a pound....... I hate having such a demanding metabolism.

I have a buddy like that. He was literally consuming 5000 cals a day and was still having a hard time keeping the mass on. He can eat junk and never gain fat.
He actually did really well and went from 160-180 and I would guess about 6 or 7% but overtraining got the best of him and now he is around 165.

If your going to try getting bigger and your that low body fat then I don't see any problem with throwing in some junk food to up your calories. However, do so by adding it to clean meals.
Meal Example:
Brown Rice
2 Chicken Breasts
followed by Ice Cream for desert
I think its just important you feed your body enough good protein and slow burning carb sources in addition to the junk food. If your upping your calories tho be sure your lifting heavy to stimulate muscle growth!Cutting - 6' 3" - 28 yrs
Jan 10th - 219 lbs (end of winter dirty bulk)
July 30th - 192lbs - Approx 9% bf
