I've searched the threads, but really didnt find a straight forward answer. When to eat oatmeal and WHY? I know its low-calorie and medium-carbs. Is it good for post-workout? For bulking? It seems to me that its pretty "light" but will fill you up, hence more of a "diet" food. Thanks fellas!
