Hi,
I can see that a lot of body builders include natural peanut butter in the pre-bed meal. I've been doing this for a while and can't get enough of the stuff My question is, is there a difference having roasted peanuts (un-salted) before bed, instead of natural peanut butter? If you have the same quantity of either, isn't it the same thing? Peanuts are much cheaper than peanut butter.

From what I have compared there is no difference, so go with what you like.
SW: 305 lbs (June 15th, 2003)
CW: 186.5 lbs (Aug 9th, 2004)
Initial GW: 205 lbs met Mar 29, 2004
2nd GW: 190 lbs met May 31, 2004
New GW: 185 lbs met June 28th, 2004
There is no magic pill, just lots of hard work and dedication.

My Natural PB has 1 ingrediant....peanuts........so guess that would answer your question huh.....
as to gaining weight...as with anything the key is moderation....Natural PB is high in fat but it is good fats,,,and fats which need to be part of any cutting diet....you just cant sit and eat a whole jar of it...usually 1 or 2 spoonfulls of the stuff is a serving for BB ers
