    Help! shoulder pain

a few weeks back i noticed a pain in my shoulder, it wasnt really anything at first and i dont have an idea what caused it but it seems like it has been getting worse and due to conditions( i have recently changed health insurance) i cant see a doctor for like a month. and i sure as hell dont wana quit lifting when i dont know what it is. im looking for any kind of advice or knowledge of what this could be. i can rotate my arm with no pain and sometimes the pain will just come out of nowhere from wierd movements like opening a door. i think it might have even made me a litler weaker. cuz i notice the pain especially on the flat bench. any ideas??

Work with lighter weight. If the shoulder still hurts then rest it fully.

    Good luck.

Believe me back off the heavy weights or you will pay the price, If you dont want life long shoulder problems. Just go lite for awhile and then work your way back use VERY strick form,

i had a problem with my left elbow not too long ago. it would hurt pretty bad when benching and doing cable flys. i just lifted lighter, and put an ice pack on it after i lifted and it seems to have gone away.
