Yeah, you can do much better than Lean Pockets. Stick with oatmeal or something like Kashi for cereal, and get some protein in there, either a shake or eggs, maybe some milk.
not big yet... but im gonna get there

I think he meant the deli sliced meat from like the butcher section at the grocery store maybe? The deli meats in the packs are the ones with terrible sodium amounts, and besides they are more expensive than the fresh cuts of meat the butcher block can do for you. get the fresh cut deli meats.
    Unaffiliated.

Any deli meat (including your butcher's) is high in sodium since they have been salt cured. I only eat 1 slice of deli turkey breast for breakfast since they're so salty. I think 1 slice is 10% DV of sodium.
Prepare to get your ass kicked.

Bump! Any meat from the deli is loaded with sodium, your better off buying a whole turkey breast, throwing it in the oven and cutting it up.

I usually have to leave the house quickly in the mornings, so for breakfast I have a cup or so of oatmeal (1 min in the microwave) and a protein shake. Water down the oatmeal and it goes down fast. Add some raisins or something for flavor and you're set.

Bump. Some people are really getting anal about sodium I wouldn't worry about every each miligram unless you're contest dieting few weeks out.

Not to say that lean pockets is a good choice. It's processed food, choose something better.

I can't believe noone has said this yet.

Wake up 5 minutes earlier and eat some real food. If you can't spare 5 minutes in the morning you shouldn't be bulking.
