14% Body Fat
Stayed on a Good Clean diet for past 2 years
(but I want to change my Diet TODAY!)
8-9 Hours of Sleep A Day
I lift Heavy, Rest Well, Eat Clean!!!
Been Weight Training for 2 Serious Years
Stayed in Shape for past 5 years
I've taken lots of Creatines before, No2, CLA
But My cycle Im starting Soon is
M1-4ADD
Milk Thistle
6-0X0
Could someone tell me A Good Dosage per day I should take.
Im doing a 4 week cycle On, 4 week Cycle Off
Unless any other opinions!!

Protein Shake w/Milk- 2 Cup
30 Min. Later-
2 Cups of Water
Snack-
1 Whole Egg
1 Cup of Water
Lunch-
2 Wheat Breaded Turkey Sandwich
Mustard Topping
2 Glasses of Water
::Work Out::
30 Min. After Work Out -
Protein Shake with Oatmeal, peanut butter, protein powder w/ 2 cup milk
Snack-
1 Whole Egg
1 Celery Stick w/ Peanut Butter
2 Glasses of Water
Dinner-
Ranch Style Beans
Chicken Tenders Grilled
BBQ Sauce - 3 tablespoon
Sugar Free Jell-O
Snack-
1 Celery Stick w/ Peanut Butter
2 Glasses of Water

Im Trying To Bulk, Gain MUSCLE
Thats why Im doing This!
I know all the side effects, ect.
I have studied this stuff for awhile
but want prof. input on my certain situation!!!!

I wouldn't have maple brown sugar oatmeal for breakfast. Take uncooked oatmeal, cook for 3-5 minutes, add two packets of splenda, and wee bit of brown sugar for flavour. Where is your post workout shake? 22grams of whey protein/50grams of dextrose or maltodextrin should be consume right after training. If you wish you could also add 5grams of creatine to that, mix with water and down the hatch. IMO you should also be using 6grams of fish oils daily in divided doses to help keep fat gain minimal during your bulk. You could also add some more whey protein/casein into your regiment, you should be aiming for 1.5grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. Train frequently and you shouldn't be too concerned with overtraining while using M-1,4 as long as protein intake is high enough. The rest of your diet looks o.k., but could be improved upon.

If you are bulking, then this diet is real weak. I would up the quality carbs hope on the fish oils.

really bad diet, i bet training routine sux and ur choice 2 use phs will just end up hurting u esp with the one u chose!
m1,4add for an 18 y.o...... yeah.. thats smart.....
do whatever the hell u wanna do... i am simply tired of all these kids thinking that they are untouchable and think that phs a magic and wont hurt them..they just want to wake up one day and be like the pros...
the worst part of this is that i am 19 and i am not even 1/1000000000000000 as immature and these guys...
like i said.. do whatever the **** u want to do.... why dont u stack m1t with m1,4add and DBOL along with some winstrol while ur at it?
