- 2 scoops vanilla Isopure
- 5g Glutamine
- couple dashes of Creatine.
- Flax seed oil
- Stonyfield COFFEE yogurt (I love coffee)
- fill with water (and a few ice cubes so it lasts through my work-out)
Mix with shaker bottle.
Good stuff.
Anyone add anything wierd or different to their drinks? Any suggestions?

Ok, good point. I'll keep the flax to my pre-workout blend. I get about 40 carbs from the yogurt, but atm I am trying to lose some weight. As long as my energy level stays up, I figured low carb would be ok for now.
