I know its not a lot but yesterday I hit 315 pounds on the flat bench two times. I weight 180 pounds, is this good? or am I getting excited for no reason? Also can you guys give me advise on how to increase my strengh on the flat bench. Thanks

My 17 year old friend is 6'3" and 200 lbs. and he does 315 and has been lifting for 3 years and he is one of only 3 people who bench 300 something and I am talking football kids so if you are 14 and do that, I bench 700 lbs. to warm up and im only 4 years old. you wont be able to pick it up off the rack for 5 more years let alone put it back up.

I fight because I know this world is cold, cold place I've been let down stepped on, passed up,and F' D over I fight because I know that in this world, the one perosn you can rely on is yourself wives cheat, family abandons and friends sell you out. When I.m that cage it me versus the world True I might get beaten but I won't be a deceiver. IN the cage I find truth, It is only throught truth that we can find ourselves.

But if you are serious, yes anything over 150% is very good for bench.
