    One side of body bigger than other!

    ok, my left side of my body's muscles seem to be bigger than the rights.

    I can notice from my calfs to my quads to my biceps.

    I am left handed.

    Should I go dumb bell only now, and with calf raises use one leg at a time?

    also what about squats?

    This is normal. The muscles of many people aren't the same size on both sides. My left arm is bigger than my right, and my right pec is slightly larger than my left.

    i got the same problem with my calves but it cannot be noticed unless i flex it.

    I have that too. I measured my shoulder width and my right side is 0.75" smaller than my left and I'm right handed. Its annoyed me.

    how long have you been lifting. My right legs and arms used to be bigger that the left ones. But now thats cleared up. They're basically the same size.
    My right pec is still a little bit larger than my left.


    Like Scott Donald said, use unilateral exercises.
