Forearm and elbow pain.. will animal flex help?

Ive been hitting the weights as heavy as possible lately and I have this searing pain in my forearm when I grip the barbell in preacher curls, as well as shoulder shrugs. It hurts to grip anything really, and now its moving to my elbow. Will animal flex help or is it something more serious?

    Thanks,
    Evan

Animal Flex is an excellent joint formula. Within 3-4 weeks of taking it you should feel the benefits big time.....

Cissus products too are on the up for joint pain and recovery from injuries.
Try having a look at some of those too.

My advise would be to look into a Cissus product. The only joint product that somewhat worked for me was Omega FLEX. Cissus destroys all joint products in healing tendons and joint tissue. I personally use SuperCissus Rx from USPlabs.

This may be the supp section, but I believe you'd be better off by resting that elbow. It sounds like you've got a pretty good case of tendonitis. Supps may help some, but you'll probably have to take some time off to make the pain go away.

I know exactly what he is talking about cuz I have the same thing, I don't think it is tendonitis, it isn't really in the elbow its more just on the forearm, like he said like shin splints except on the arm is what it feels like.
