    Unhappy walking after the gym

    after im finished at the gym i have a 20 min hike back home which is almost all uphill, and after a workout i will work up quite a sweat, but im not complaining i was just wondering if this will damage any possible gains i might be getting

    shake sounds good, maybe jog instead of walking stay healthy, if u do it all the time it cant hinder gains cuz u'll probably plateau from doin the same cardio each and every time

    I usually have a 15 minute walk from the gym to my house. When Im cutting I time how long it takes to run home, then try and beat it the next time

    My gym is 2 miles from my house, probably like 20 min in bike......gonna strat biking there and back when spring starts, im scared that thta will reduce my gains tho....

    as long as your getting in a shake after your workout a 20 min walk won't thwart your gains.

    I'm lucky ... gym is only 500m from my house heh :P
