Hey wats goin on guys, I was on here seeing what Spytech did i think its great. Im a sophmore in highschool and am looking to gain weight for football.I figure if i start now i can be bigger by the time i want to get into a good college. I play middle line backer on my team 1st string but we are a small team. I am about 6'0 175 lbs semi-cut. I want to be around 200 by next season. Steroids was talked about a lot, but i just dont think its the right thing for me. I wanna do this thing right with no regrets. I had 117 tackles last year 7 interception 4 forced fumbles 5 fumble recoveries and led the league in tackles. I can definately go on to play college ball and thats what i want to do. But one thing I need is muscle mass, it can only improve my game that much more. I still need to be running the 40 yd dash in 4.8 even faster if possible. I have no problem eating i was 190 lbs last year and lost weight for football to get quicker and lose body fat. So from what you are reading im sure u can tell that I can eat with no problem.
