Hey everybody,
I've read alot of your posts and you all sure know more than I ever hope to know about bodybuilding, which is why I'm asking for your help. I need to lose about 2-3 inches off of my waist while if possible keeping the muscle I have. I'm eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day along with 3 protien shakes a day. I do cardio six days a week in the morning and lift in the evenings but I can't seem to lose those extra inches on my waist. Long story short I need some help and I'm willing to do whatever it takes. So if anyone has any advice for me I sure would appreciate it.

I haven't broken down what I eat I can now this is part of my problem but I can tell you what I ate. For breakfast I usuall have four scrambled eggs and two peaces of wheat bread and a whey protien shake. Then I run two miles rest for about five hours and about one hour before I go to the gym I have grilled chicken and another shake then go to the gym and weight train my post workout meal varies but is usually similar to what I ate before I went and another shake and snack before I go to bed. I weigh a little over 250 and probbably about 12-15 on bf. I really don't care how much I weigh that's just a number, I just want to keep the muscle I have and get to the single digits before I worry about putting any more on. Any help you could give me would be GREATLY!! appreciate
