When and how much glutamine to take?

10g's PWO and 5g's at some other point in the day (training days)
5g's at 2 seperate times on non-training days

does that sound about right? or what would you recommend? also i read that glutamine should be taken alone. is that true?

I am not sure if glutamine should be taken alone or not. I take 5 grams in the morning and 5 grams at night before bed.

Another method is 5g's before and after workout.

Like the others suggested (and I just posted in another thread), I take more glutamine than most. I recommend taking it in the morning and PW. On days you don't workout, take it in the morning and before bed.
