Hi all,
I am confused as to which protein supplement I should be using post-workout. What is the best value for money?
For the past year I have been using a hydrolized WPI (mainly AST VP2) and it's getting a little expensive and although it's a great product, i'm not sure whether I need to spend so much to get results. Could I settle for a cheaper non-hydro WPI that works just as well? If so, which ones would you recommend?
I've heard great reviews about Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey on the threads, but is that a suitable protein to use immediately post-workout? I mean, it's a blend of WPC/WPI. Will it get absorbed quick enough?
Thanks for any advice!
