I am going to cycle methyl 1 test by legal gear for 4 weeks and i would like to know if i also need to use estrogen blocker to use this product like 6-OXO by ErgoPharm.

4 weeks is a long time to be on M1T. Anti-E something like Formastene would work well. Use nolva for PCT. Hope you have some stuff for your prostate, blood pressure, and liver as well.Originally posted by blitzed

How many weeks do you recommend? The direction says do not use more than 4 weeks.

Also, what dosing will you be doing of M1T? How's your diet and what other supplements are you taking?

I plan on doing 6-oxo after another 2 week cycle coming up soon....
I have milk thistle, and I guess the new legal gear stuff has a liver protector in it now.......is this enough protection for 10mg a day......
I would take 3-4 pills of milk thistle before going to bed......-Intensity is KEY-

Legal Gear has NAC in with their M1t..IMO no it is not enough. I would take extra NAC with your Milk Thistle on cycle and post cycle.Originally posted by BIGBOS
