Inspired by Lou I though I would start a journal too. My eating has been really bad lately. I have a cheat evening once a week but my cals are always really low on that day which seems odd. And I can never think of anything really good I want to eat I might as well not bother really. This weekend I had an English muffin with jam - not exactly pushing the boat out.
My main goal at the moment is to eat more - I usually average 1400 cals a day if I'm lucky which I know is no where near enough.
So today - Wednesday - looks like this:
40g oats, 2 scoops whey protein
Myoplex Diet MRP
120g lean steak, 1 small sweet potato, 5 asparagus spears
Total yoghurt, 2 tbsp nuts and raisins mix
140g chicken breast, 3tbsp black beans + salsa, broccoli
That is only 1426 cals.
I also climbed stairs for an hour. I can't train properly at the moment - I fractured my collar bone the other week.
