Critique My Diet?
6:50-> Turkey/Cottage Cheese White Omelet (OR Oats n Honey Cereal) + 1 Scoop of Whey + Low Fat Yogurt with ground up oatmeal
7:50--> 1 Bowl of Kashi-Lean Cereal + Apple
10:30--> Small Protein Bar (80 Calories)
11:30--> Large Bowl of Salad w/ Turkey Breast + Pita Bread w/ Turkey + Apple
3:15--> Pre Workout Large Protein Bar (300 Calories)
5:30-->Post Workout Apple+ Half a Pita w/ Turkey
7:00--> (dinner) Vegetables w/ Beef or Seafood or Chicken (stir fry) 1 Bowl of Rice + Soup + 2 Table Spoons of Bettern Peanut Butter (100 Calories per 2 TblSpoons)
Dinner is by far my largest meal of the day, as i eat so much, so fast,
Anyway--> How does this diet plan look if im trying to Lose Fat?

it looks decent. you have to stick with it for a while and see how it works. if you're not happy with the results you may have to make a few changes. it all depends on your body and how you want to look.
